This week since its close to Anzac day we decided to do some Anzac art. This is my Anzac art work. This took two days, one to do the background and about 1 hour and a half to do the poppies. I am happy with how my art turned out and I had fun doing this kind of art work because I like using pastels, paint and sharpies.

Financial Literacy
This term T3 did an activity and the activity was called financial literacy. I think everyone in T3 liked this activity because you think what your life be like in 30 years and you got to decide what car you wanted and what your family will look like. Then you got given an income card which you used to work out your income, tax and mortgage payments. Each week we had to fill in a budget sheet with our income. Then we took off our mortgage and tax. Then we got a grocery card to add up and take off our bank account. We also got to pick 1 fortune card which could make you pay money or earn some more money. But at the end of the month we got bills for power, insurance, internet and vehicle running costs. Some kids got in debt at the end of the month because of all their bills. I was lucky because at the end of the month I had 268.87 dollars.
I really liked this activity so I hope we can do it again.
