What is New Zealand spending 20.7 million on?

New Zealand is spending 20.7 million dollars on new body armour for the police.  The Police Commissioner said that it will be delivered to all Police officers in New Zealand over the next three years. 

It is designed to stop rifle bullets.
My opinion  for the new police gear is that it is going to be good because they say it can stop an rifle bullet which could save a lot of cops lives. 

Celebrating Success

This week Miss Tisdall set a task and the task was was celebrating Success.I liked this activity because you got to explain what you wanted to do when get older and what was the funnest thing that happen to you this year and what your goal was for 2019.This is mine Celebrating Success.

Chose a Villain

This week Miss Tisdall and Jude set us a task to fill out this graphic organiser with characteristics of the superhero or villain we have chosen. I chose to write about penny wise because I already new some stuff about him and he is a pretty cool character. I really liked this task because you got to choose between villain and a superhero.  

Word Scramble

Earlier this week  Miss Tisdall set us a task and the task was really fun I liked it. So what you had to do was find 2 letter words to 8+ words out of one big word. When I first started it was hard to think of the words but once you get the hang of it is really easy and fun.

Plastic Poster

Today i made a poster of why we should ban plastic.If plastic gets in a river it will go out to sea and then sea life will think its food and eat the plastic. Stop Dropping rubbish TODAY !!!

The hunted house

This week Miss Tisdall set Mamaku 3 a task to pick a picture and write a few sentences about it. I chose this picture because I knew that I could write some good lines about the house because lots of ideas about spooky things.   

This week Miss Tisdall set us a task to read one story that she had wrote and then draw a picture of what we imagined. I picked to write about  Aphrodite standing on the edge of a cliff. My favourite part of story was the sentence that I chose to draw.
